Dr Nicholas Charalambous
Founder & Medical Director
Dr Nicholas was awarded his medical degree in 2014 after 6 years of study from the University of Bristol. During this time he also completed a degree in Neuroscience. Since then Dr Nicholas has worked in and outside the NHS, most notably in the specialities of General Surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics and Cardiothoracics. This provided the foundation for his skillset in Aesthetic Medicine.
Dr Nicholas was trained on Harley Street under the prestigious Harley Academy – the first course in the country to offer an accredited qualification in Aesthetic Medicine and which has been approved by Health Education England and the General Medical Council. His training continued whilst travelling up and down the country, being trained by some of the most esteemed individuals in the profession. This ensured Dr Nicholas is both highly skilled but also extremely conscious of protecting patients in an unregulated industry.
Dr Ines Charalambous
AESTHETIC DOCTOR AND SKIN REJUVENATION SPECIALIST
Dr Ines completed her medical degree from Imperial College London in 2014 and has a full license to practice under the General Medical Council. She has undertaken training in aesthetics on Harley Street with award winning trainers, Harley Academy. She holds a diploma in Dermatology (with distinction) and is here to answer all of your skin care needs.
Alex has over 16 years experience in the hair styling industry. Starting from sweeping hair he now directs 7 male grooming establishments across Manchester. Seeking a new challenge Alex expanded into the aesthetic industry: his vision being to create boutique medical clinics which are appealing and accessible to both men and women.
Reza has over 13 years experience in the hair styling industry and currently co-directs the renowned Close Male Grooming establishment on Bridge Street. Reza oversees the Deansgate branch of ELXR strategising its logistics and operational side.

Ana Luisa graduated with a First Class Honours from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in 2013. Since then she’s worked on multiple branding and identity projects, responsible for setting up the overall visual aspects of campaigns and companies.
